Our successful remote staff have the ability to work independently for extended periods of time, free of external interruptions. They remain engaged by listening with empathy, following scripts and instructions, communicating effectively, and capturing accurate information to create stellar customer service experiences at every opportunity.
Job responsibilities include message taking, order taking, opening trouble tickets, scheduling appointments, and notifying our business partners of emergencies. All Customer Service Professionals must be technically savvy to navigate and troubleshoot individual computer and connectivity issues.
Our team serve as both leaders and ambassadors for our clients. This relationship requires a strong and accountable work ethic, self-motivation, positive attitude, and the ability to work with a diverse group of professionals. Starting Contact Center Pay By Position
- Level 3 CSP – Greater of $15.00 per hour or $0.34 per minute ($0.35 max)
- Level 5 CSP – Greater of $16.50 per hour or $0.38 per minute ($0.39 max)
- Level 7 CSP – Greater of $18.00 per hour or $0.42 per minute ($0.44 max)
- Level 8 CSP (Tier 2) – Greater of $19.50 per hour or $0.46 per minute (no max)
- P/T – $21 per hour
- F/T Shift Lead is now $45,000 per year plus 0.05% (max 0.20%) of company revenue.
